Imperative Care Inc. (ICI) outgrew their current Shipping/Receiving and finished product storage. Equiptec located a nearby warehouse and connected the ICI to the property manager. Equiptec provided structural modifications to the 2 story office area of the warehouse to provide additional storage and upgraded the restrooms, flooring, lighting and doors of the front office area. Equiptec constructed a new server room and breakroom in the office area.

In the warehouse Equiptec installed furr-out walls, new lighting, polished the concrete, installed fixed and sliding storage racks, installed cap sheet, painted the entire space and reconfigured the HVAC spiral ducting.

Equiptec designed and installed a new Fire Sprinkler system to provide proper coverage for the new high pile storage.
